Linda D. Smith is a Facilitator and Organization Effectiveness Consultant

in her work with people. Linda’s
expertise stems from over 25 years’ experience in management consultation,
counseling and coaching. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling, a
post-graduate certificate in Organizational Development, is a Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
She has been recognized for her exceptional capabilities in facilitating
groups such as the Center for International Development at Research Triangle
Institute. Among her other areas of
expertise are facilitating large and small group and team retreats, team
building programs, critical incident debriefings and training on Change
Management, Crucial Conversations, Stress Management, Diversity Awareness and
Sexual Harassment Prevention. She
has managed company-wide initiatives including succession planning and climate
survey assessment and action planning.
