FORMAT:
In this intensive 2-day training course, you'll learn about
all of the skills necessary for mastering your crucial conversations. This
course consists of direct, trainer-led learning, video-based learning,
role-plays, directed practicing sessions, and take-home materials for continued
learning and improvement.
Training can be provided in several sessions of 3 hours each, half-day programs
or one-day programs spread out over time.
The full 16 hours of training is needed to receive all information
available in the complete training program.
